This time next year 7/23/03
I am enjoying leading
a web centered ministry
named Our Stewardship University that is
a) financially sound,
b) following a wise PERT chart (project management coordination)
c) responsive to the various stake holders.

GOAL #1 action steps
1. acquire suitable computer, software and accessories for home office
2. invest MUCH time to create beta version of the ministry web site
3. create 15 minute Power Point slide show and 15 page business plan
4. go forth to show and tell the story to prospective intercessors, donors and volunteers
5. enroll donors for the first fund raising round of $40,000

„« 10K professional business consultants to give 5 year plan
„« 10K for professionally designed web site
„« 10K for initial salaries

GOAL #2
This time next year 7/23/03
I am enjoying a flourishing coaching practice
named Fellow Pilgrim Coaching
with 7 to 24 monthly clients
and 80% of them pay full scale.
Plus this is in balance and harmony with the other areas of my life.

1. get the URL www.fellowpilgrim.com to work with nxcoach site
2. get the computer and software for the home office
3. learn how to use nxcoach web hosting interface
4. invite current clients to participate as guinea pigs
5. as goals #1 and #3 grow ¡K then serve new clients at nxcoach site

This time next year 7/23/03
I am enjoying serving the Body of Christ
as a web-centered educator
with all my previous educational modules posted on the web in digital form
and making steady progress on a reasonable number of writing projects.


GOAL #3 action steps
1. acquire a suitable computer for home office
2. work with an assistant to get previous modules into digital form
3. post on a suitable web sites aligned with goal #1 and #2
4. craft and follow a PERT chart for creating education modules
5. enroll and compensate editors and co-writers

I am enjoying a fitness regiment each week
that suits my needs, preferences and budget.

1. buy and use bounce ball to help with flexing and stretching

4. join a health club if and when appropriate ¡V like 24 Hour Fitness and/or Landry
